It is about the things that touch us, leave us wondering as they are as vague as the dreams we never manage to remember after we wake up. Perhaps we will remember them when life ends, when we sleep again. I guess it is about love......abstact love.

dotsThere is a pain in my depthsdots

There is a pain in my depths
    that noone knows,
    noone counts.
they see me and do not know,
    something unimaginable has touched me.
    'Tis a human thing perhaps
limited in the acknowledgement of one.
    As years go by,
    this solitude of secret love
    is but another sick rose.
    Encountered not,
but in enigmatic poems of enigmatic poets.
    The echoes of certain words,
in pages made of pale yellow
    where lovers strive
    sto show and conceal.
Nevertheless, their truth cannot be healed.
    Odes to mistresses,
    the inmost admiration
    that others read and hear
    yet everything's concealed.
    There is a purpose somewhere
in parts of words, in parts of life.
    Unuttered visions, for their sake
they do not need to know.
    My distractions, each alone
    make paths to other worlds
and I depart with a disdainful smile.
    Something that awaits,
has ended with no certain end
    A shapeless glow

    with soothing sounds

    And I know,
    something unimaginable has touched me,
for which the reason, I know not.

mmmm. the imagery speaks to me of a cloud and dust and sunlight heaven where nothing but poets and their dreams and secrets flutter about and everything is... dense and meaningful. there are no missing pages, no unanswered questions, and despite this all, there is wonder still, and adventure, and curiousity, and bewilderment.

how much is a vacation there going to run me?
