Just another story...just another thought.. and here i go..singing that love song again. Been hours..been years.. and a several million heart beats, that i saw your face... But Romeo...im just a hopless Juliet.. You've been playing that guitar on alleys.. and i have loved you even more; for those strings sing my tears and every word from your lips kiss me goodbye.. It all comes back....one more time.. New dress and a broken heart... exactly how you left me standing.. and i've wondered from streets to sreets.. and i've counted till eternity... once..twice..thrice.. Im only a Juliet from the streets.. Im just another song... Im an old story... Old record running new.. but romeo...would you ever find love.. as pristine and as beautiful? |

| this is gorgeous! seriously gorgeous! i read this and cannot help but think of this being the dire straits song 'romeo and juliet' from juliets perspective in the dire straits song starts a love struck romeo sings the street a serenade laying everybody low with a love song that he made finds a street light and steps out of the shade and says something like "you and me babe, how about it?" and all through the song its romeo pleading with juliet... rmemeber when we used to make love... i cant do anything but id do anything for you... its really quite a beautiful song. and this is the opposite. this is juliet appealing to romeo and i really want it to be a song... i can almost hear it as a song. beautiful  | Posted on 2008-03-09 00:00:00 | by Someones Epiphany | [ Reply to This ] | lovely poem. i digg and i feel the words mad true.
