    At first glance,
The message is difficult to decipher,
For there is nothing but a mere spot of gray,
    Covering the words left unknown.

    No roads open,
    Nothing left to lose.
    Losing all vision,
The fog sets above the horizon,
Disturbingly blinding the view and pathways.

Step forward into the perplexing choice,
Stop when there is a guiding light,
    Follow and see.
    Do not be a fool.
Realize that there was everything to lose,
For the light is the whole being,
Of which you never knew existed.

    Lingering warmth,
    Humble hope,
    Embracing emotions;
    You never knew.

    Take a hand,
Wipe away the simple ash to uncover the words:
“This way the path that leads directly to the heart.”

Wow! this is a "Pulitzer Prize Winner" in my book!

A superbly written poem,, with power, passion and pain.

Poem possesses bold colors, bright tones and good timing.

I feel the imagery, clarity and sincerity in this beautiful expression.

    Poem sings with resonance.

Truly, you have a gift tapping into the magic well of humanity.

Life is all about compassion, forgiveness and tolerance.

Even the Greek Gods are discussing you earthy poem.

The subject matter is very intriguing to me and satisfies my intellectual curiosity level.

Indeed, you gain high marks from me.

Well, I wish that we lived closer together to collaborate on writing and publishing some poetry.

Thank you for this work of art. God bless and keep sharing.
