    Help me leave this world
    I'm so tired of here
    This world is boring
    And it's sad to be here

    Why is it that many people leave
    But I'm still here
    Just singing this song
    When no one knows
    That I'd rather leave

    So set me free
    And leave this world
    Let me see other places

    But here I am
    Playing my guitar
    Me playing my song
    All alone in the dark
    Just all alone

    The beat is all in my head
    Just in my head
    And here I am
    Just strumming along
    Thinking about how
    I wish to leave
    Leave this world

    I can keep on wishing
    But wishes don't come true

    I'm alone in this world
    Even my friends don't know
    This feeling I get
    From strumming my guitar
    I just get this feeling

    This feeling I can't explain
    But a feeling of one
    A feeling of whole
    A feeling of peace
    And to that I say
    A mixture of many feelings

    It is as if I'm really here in this world
    But as I finish this song
    I may as well be galaxies away
    Just strumming along
    On my guitar

      this is what i would probably do if i felt alone in the world and i had no one but myself....just sitting and strumming my guitar....great poem ^_^

      There is something about strumming a guitar that just seems to cleanse the soul. I, personally, am unable to play the guitar, but I still love to hear someone strumming on one.
