    dotsgo to sleep, lovedots

    go to sleep,
    wake up.

there are fires in the sky,
    lighting up the clouds,
    smells of gunpowder
    and laughing children,
    suddenly silenced as
they come to join you while
    you hover over

    There are no sounds of
trumpets, no siren calls into the sea
as you lay there in your

The weights of this world are daunting,
    my darling,
but only if they are in
    your constant viewing as
    you ignore your
    eyes' specially evolved characteristic

free of malice, free of spite,
    no dreams, no functions
    no stories of might
no love, no care, no apathy

    go to sleep,
    wake up.
