    Description:
This is a hopeful poem... Sure it conveys the pain of heartbreak and also my heart's relentless pursuit of true love, regardless of the pain it puts me through, but it also shows that all it's failures are for the ultimate good.

    -------------------------------------------

I am the guide to my host's life,
She goes where I see fit.
I'm the cause of unbearable strife,
I pave the road to love's pit.

True, I've been shattered, more than once in fact,
But I learn from every mistake.
I weave a love spell with precision and tact,
Surely this time I won't break.

And if, by chance, I'm wrong yet again,
My host's pain will eventually subside.
One day the love of her life will begin,
Making worthwhile the tears that she's cried.
