dotsGiants who know the beauty of our namesdots
    -------------------------------------------

    I'm infamous for flings
    and you're infamous with strings
    this life we create
    will never end
we're the artists of our lives
    struggling to live
    starving artists
    with slim pickings
    little to none
    we brood and breathe
    and breed
we breathe the images of past generations desperate tries
    the regaining of power
and the fall of roman empires
    we claim ourselves as gods
    but thats how they fell
    giving mankind fire
just to burn down thier alters
give us sacrifice of your plight
eat your crops and live your lives
    creating more to follow
    always creating
    because creation is the
    ultimate disaster
    your disaster
    or disappointment
what you see is never quite good enough
    but you shall have pain
    the pain to create
write, paint, draw, live, eat, fuck
be merry in your misery that
    cultures set down.
    and when we collapse
    what is left
    nothing, but
    beauty
    spledor created
but nothing can be created or destroyed
so where does that leave us
    in limbo for eternity
    facing giants
    who know our first names

Wow, you had me at "infamous". This is a striking write, I couldnt breathe until the very end. Beautifully done and worded (even with an impromptu curse in there) it is easily appreciated.

    Kudos,
    Jay.

I liked it and I could tell with just the beginning few lines that I'd be able to relate, but I think to make it more reader-accessible maybe you could slice it up a bit..separate soe of the thoughts from each other by putting it into stanzas.

wow this was like a never-ending story! i wanted it to just keep going. i like how it was nothing but opimism. saying that when bad stuff happens, only good is the result. very interesting.
    "because creation is the
    ultimate disaster"
that's an awesome line. eveything in this write is like a cycle going 'round and 'round.
    and...
    "merry in your misery"
    very uplifting.
keep this crap up and you could make a living off it.
