hey people
I am very sorry but both of my computer are have trouble
let me explain I cant get on to word to help with some grammar problems so i that case I'm very sorry for my bad writing
thank you
step two: under the the red 'x' which closes the browser there is a small tab marked 'tools'
step three: click on 'tools'.
step four: at the very bottom of the menu, there are the words 'internet options'. click on those words.
step five: under 'browser history' in the general tab, click on 'delete'
step six: you want to delete 'temporary internet files' 'cookies' and 'history' these are places where viruses hide. if this isn't done often, your comp acrues those viruses and doesn't want to respond well.
step seven: click on your virus scanner. this should have an icon that shows on your desktop (like a video game does). it might need to be updated and if it does it will tell you so. do the updates which are always free. don't worry if the virus scanner downloads something. the programs it downloads help the scanner to find viruses that have come out since you installer the virus scanner.
step eight: now run your virus scanner. you probley will only need to scan the 'C Drive'. this is the drive that viruses most commenly move to. this could take anywhere from thirty minutes to six hours, depending on the software and your computer's memory. it is of utmost importance that it completes the scan and removes the viruses. i usually run my own virus scanner overnight as i sleep. this should be done once a week to keep the comp running optimally; more often if you visit alot of infected sites like video game sites, shopping sites like ebay, social network sites like myspace.
if your comp won't bring 'word' up, pull up google and type in what your computer's error message (that pop-up window) says into the google search box and hit enter.
you will find a zillion webpages that describe the problem and the way to fix it.
You have written about a universal consternation involving computers. If its not one interruption it is many, but (l0l) we are keeping up employment in the repair business.
It seems to me, that a repairman should be required to tell the paying customer how the problem was resolved. But,lol again, DIY's are the bane of the repair business.
Thanks for reading "Sweet Crumbs." I have updated the piece .
