    A glance back
    at a feign
    of apathy.

    Do not look where your nose
    cannot carry you.
    The smell of beauty is not sweet;
    it is that of red sweat.

    A smirch of
    locution
    as defense.

    Do not speak where your tongue
    cannot lick. Frostbites
    are not from cold-
    sensitive teeth.

    A perusal
    of moon-lit
    poetry.

    Do not think of empty
    feeling. Think of shared
    hope without care;
    why?
