I have a knowledge
that goes unknown
in which most others
are afraid to know.
They are afraid to look
behind, beneath, and before
themselves because of what
they just might find.
However, they secretly know
exactly what is there;
their souls know
and have always known.
What lies behind...
is the past and
is where it belongs.
It should remain
in it's rightful place,
alongside regret.
What lies beneath...
is the earth in which
we originally sprang forth from,
is where we are based
on that which lies behind,
and is the current
foundation of our souls.
What lies before...
is where we are
most likely headed
based on that which lies beneath,
unless we reflect upon
that which lies behind.
As we reflect upon
that which lies behind,
we continue to move forward.
Thus, what used to lie beneath
now lies behind as well.
Now, that which lies before
is a crossroads, and
that which used to lie before
is the path beneath us.
To your right is the
broad, spiritual path of
true self-discovery and
other unknown things.
To your left is the
narrow, practical path of
that which is already known
and has already been discovered.
The right path, though broad,
has obviously been less traveled,
and it grows wild.
Will YOU tame it?
The left path, though narrow,
has obviously been well traveled
and has been carefully trimmed.
