someone
is watching me!
i feel their glare
as i walk the blackened streets

sometimes
i talk to them.
it happens as the
wind blows in the cloudless sky

somewhere
there is a wolf howling to the moon
i hear his voice screaming to me
for food and drink

somehow
i'll find him
and repay him
for bringing me back to earth
