Chapter 3: The Infamous Words by Fallyn Angel

That night Jillian was let off work early. She was excited to go to the concert. She wasn’t sure what to wear. She called up her friend Sladjana to help her. She phoned her and she was willing to help. Sladjana was also excited for Jill. She knew Jillian never had a first date before and was so happy for her.
Sladjana came over with make-up and other supplies. She took Jill into the bathroom. She put Jill’s hair up into nice curls. She added some blush and eye shadow to her face. Jill had on blue eye shadow and white eye liner. Sladjana added some mascara to her eyelashes. The mascara was blue. She put a shiny pink lip gloss onto Jill’s lips. She added some glitter onto her.
They got out of the bathroom and went to Jill’s room. Sladjana picked out a great outfit. A blue sequin dress. Jill put on the dress. Sladjana gave her blue high heel sandals to put on. She put them on. She came out and looked gorgeous. Sladjana smiled and knew that Jill had become a beautiful butterfly. She smiled.
They went downstairs. Sladjana hugged Jill as she went out the door. Jill stood outside and waited. She looked at her watch. It was five minutes till 8 o’clock. She looked around and didn’t see anything. She finally saw a limo pull up. Brendon came out holding a rose. He walked up to her and kissed her lips.
“You look gorgeous tonight.” He said smiling and handing her a rose.
She smiled and walked with him to the limo. She got in first and sat waiting for him to get in. He got in and wrapped one arm around her and the driver started to drive. They didn’t talk the whole ride there. Jill was too nervous to talk. She choked whenever she opened her mouth. Brendon just didn’t have anything to say.
When they finally got there, they went backstage. She sat on a couch watching everyone get ready. She couldn’t wait till afterwards. She watched the boys go out to the stage. Then she went behind a curtain and watched them perform.
When Brendon told her to come out she was astonished. She came out and was a little nervous and embarrassed. She walked over next to Brendon, who put his arm around her to make her less nervous.
“This is my new girlfriend!” He said as he kissed her on the cheek and she blushed.
She walked off the stage after he dedicated the next song to her. She listened and smiled more. She was so excited. She had a real boyfriend. She hadn’t had any luck in that department in high school. She watched and waited for the performance to end.
She sat on the couch waiting for Brendon to come and see her. He walked over and sat next to her. She smiled at him and then kissed him on the lips. He smiled at her and was amazed she did that. He wrapped an arm around her as everyone was cleaning up around them. He was sweaty but she didn’t mind.
“So what did you think babe?” He asked as he wiped some sweat off his forehead.
“It was amazing.” She smiled at him.” I wasn’t prepared for the surprise in the performance where I come on stage.”
“I know, it was a surprise.” He smiled and kissed her cheek.” But I wanted the world to know you were my girlfriend.” He whispered into her ear.” I love you.”
She smiled at him.” I love you.” She kissed his lips and wrapped her arms around him. She put her legs on top of his lap smiling at him.
