As a witness I am tuning my minds eye into a broad and wide focus
I am seeing a common recipe for the young to age with tarnished hearts
Everyone Sprawling and fighting for fractions of a gain, for a sniff of a chance
No time to know now, no all pushed to push and push back for an advancement
When they ask why and how their questions only echo in emptiness and turn to dust
Letting go of their strive, no more drive because everyone is moving to fast.
Sour and selfish are the minds driving modern culture
The business is shinny gold
Greed breeding fortunes in bloodlines and monopolies as silent dictators evolve
Why does it seem the insanely rich are so cold?
Why does life feel like a dance around the truth?
Why does it feel like we live in a time of the forsaken youth.
I live and breath to know change
I fight without thought of self gain
Here now, caught up in this broken age
In these lonely days
All around me I watch the hope fade
No more
No more I say
No more pushing tomorrow away
Now I say
It's our last generation with a chance
We cant be afraid
Or these will be our last days
