Description:

goth grrrl: labeled and provoked

goth grrrl, goth grrrl
labeled and provoked
you dare to stare at my darkened eyes
insolence attempted and failed, failed
please don't tease the:
goth grrrl, goth grrrl
labeled and provoked
i cursed his name as he departed my sight
blood on the pavement and an absent pulse
and his last breath regrets the day he said:
'goth grrrl, goth grrrl'
...labeled and provoked

I could picture this written by a daughter of Edgar Allan Poe. The repetition of the words adds to a slow build up to the conclusion of the piece which worked out well within the length of the poem.

One has to like the irony, though, of a girl who dislikes the idea of being labeled "goth grrl" yet writes in a very "goth grrl" style. I'm just saying. ;)

  Not bad at all
In this write you showed us your readers something that I have always believed very strongly
WORDS DO HURT
I beg anyone reading this to Please
THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK
Some people have a very thin skin and words of hurt stay with them and hurt them continuously throughout their life
This is why I Believe the rate of teen suicide and suicide overall only keeps going up
Its like my Mom used to tell me
IF YOU DONT HAVE SOMETHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT SOMEONE THEN DONT SAY ANYTHING
Those words our so true
Thank You for Sharing what I believe is an extremely important write!!!!

Please if you get a chance Please take a look at some of my writes and let me know what you think
Thank You
God Bless
Ron
