I really like this.

Everything in this poem is stripped-back to the simple truth of leaving. And instead of finding this truth impossibly cruel it instead finds hope, a connection that can't be broken. That's something I find really admirable - staring harsh truth in the face and finding something positive and beautiful.

And the title is fantastic.
