How stupid am I?
Let me count the ways
An outstanding number
It's easier to count the passing days

Prove me wrong!

I deserve this pain
For waiting on you
You don't think so?
Those words are overdue!

Prove me wrong!

I deserve these tears
For eternity will I cry
Every time you pass me by
Another part of me dies

Please! Prove me wrong!

I deserve my agony
The torment of my mind
You’re so hard to read!
Even your pain you hide!

I'm begging! Prove me wrong!

I deserve this dream
But when I wake it's a nightmare
Your words could stop it all
Don't give me that blank stare!

Do me a favor! Prove me wrong!
