dotsThe Puppet: Part 6 - The Awakeningdots

I was waiting in the hospital room of wich I had been assigned, waiting on the doctor to actually OK me to go home.
"I wander how he got his PhD... I bet this is the only doc to let a patient go home after a car wreck this severe." I said to myself as I looked through the photos of the wreck. Twisted, cold, hard metal. It looked like a shell of what was to become our coffin. Had to be one big saw.
"What are you doing still here? Leave! This is a free country, right? So get up, walk out the doors, and go home so we may talk more privatly!" The voice claimed this like nothing had even happened. Amazing really.
Normally, I wouldn't leave Sams side in this situation, but if I stay here and this thing figures out how to somehow control me, I may never forgive myself, and lose the one I love forever. So I need to leave here and do a 'lil research.
"OK, you're good to go! Just go to the front desk and the nurse will help you sign out. And, I'm sorry, but hospital regulations say that you have to be taken out in a wheel chair, so she'll help you out also." The doctor said.
So I did, then finally, I was outside. So as I walked home, past the filth littered streets, over the scum infested waters, by the homeless, so weary and un-natured, the whispers continued.
"Why do you not just give in? I can make you so much more powerful! All you have to do is accept me as a guide for life. Thats it!" He said.
"Thats it.... he makes it sound so simple. Thats all I have to do to end my life pretty much." I said to myself.
All of a sudden, I had a tremendous amount of preasure coming from within my chest. It actually brought me to my knees, and crippled my thinking, then, what happened next was out of this universe!
