A walk. A simple form of exercise, but yet becomes so much more. For on a walk it is actually your body talking, your mind put to sleep and your legs begin to jabber along the trail. Or it can be the time for the self, time to think, time to make sense of the life you live, of what you are doing. The range of impressions and notions that cause you to speed up your giddy, or slow down your haste. The endorphins cause your body to feel overjoyed, and full of energy. Full of what you are in that moment, and that moment only. That is what a walk is. The beauty is the essence of it. |
