They say the grass is always greener, they say you want what you don't own,
But I'm fine on my side of the fence, mowing my own lawn,
Perfection is a disappointment; I'd rather work on 'just not quite',
It's not like I have any insight, I'm just loving in my own life,
Nothing's set like concrete; I just like how it sticks to my feet,
What's so wrong with enjoying the first good thing you meet?

Im not gonna search in your mirror for problems I don't have,
I'm not gonna put aside what I've already found
Its not like I can share it out, and I'm not on guaranteed ground,
Not gonna act like it doesn't work, or that I see myself in something else,
Just let me have it, and don't try to grab it,
    Just let us be.

I like the philosophy in this! We are all created in Gods image, and are beautiful beings, just put together each of us a little differently! I like the wise philosophical message here that says "be thankful for what you have"! True beauty comes from within!

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
