you said there was nothing better
but you forgot to check the weather
cause the man in the moon said it looked like rain tonight
and now this chill that's falling on us
forgot to take the gold from our rust
and only changes the colors dancing in our eyes

    crazy
maybe I'm just a little bit crazy
to think you meant the words whispered in my ear
    crazy
    I wish I wasn't crazy
because this pain wouldn't have a place around here

    I'm pushing daisies tonight
inside this hole dug for u and I
because falling in love was never an option for me
I was chasing the stars in your eyes
now I'm faking I don't want to fly
with your wind that blows beneath my broken wings

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
