Diminishing Light

Oh, these politically correct days
Trying to ruin the long established ways
You can’t say God; can’t offend gays
And now you should only say
“Happy Holidays?!”

Well, this is ridiculous!
It’s just not right
I think we who believe
Should stand and fight

To take back our right
To share the light
To those in need
Don’t you agree?

If just one could change
The way we wish someone
A Merry Christmas

Then so much more
Could we change
The world

We, whose numbers
Are greater than
One.

Slowly chipping away
At our rights and our choices
They will never be able to steal
What’s in our hearts…

No…it WILL be revealed.

Bravo! I hate the feeling of having our enjoyment and joy at the celebration of Christmas encroached on! I still believe this is a Christian nation, firmly founded on the principles of Christianity!
