Description:

A bad break-up that I struggle to put into words . . . .

An Important Part

I just can't seem to find it
It would help if I could somehow describe it

Who am I kidding?
You're not that much help
But, you see, I've lost a piece,
A very important part of myself

I can get over us and I can move on,
But I cannot forget that there is a piece gone

and along the way you will find other pieces to replace the ones lost...

it kind of works that way....we become different parts...but the whole maintains somehow....learns and moves on.

Much feeling and an aching heart is expressed here. Consider a break up or a failed love affair as a positive experience which we learn from. It will put it in a positive light rather than a negative light. It still hurts but that will help!

You have confidence and a writer's passion that will work well for you.
