    Description:
it's going to take a long time
to write myself out of this one
    am I learning?
    of course

    love asks us to be
    where we haven't gone before
into a shadow where love hasn't found
herself yet, and I am lost in the abyss
    that isn't yet you

    call me Indiana Jones
because I see the grail and it's
solemn liquid pours over my head
fated christening but you're the babe
and I have arrived before you

we are the characters love has cast
I'm scaling the wall and swimming the moat
    until you believe in yourself
    and return the sweetness

reluctant to be tied to the chair
with visions of the lit fuse
sadly looking for signs of life
I romance the dance that is you.
is my gaze a simple myth
    that distorts my perception?

    love owns me
    and is looking for devotees
the bewilders are howling at my door
    and I am the explorer

      I am my beloved's
    and my beloved is mining
the cosmos for a means to say
    the exact same thing

    universanity can never be
    measured in light years
    but in the multitiude
of years left in the light

    and now be still:
    explore

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
