We Are The Decietful

If you choose to be deceitful
then you are not my equal
If that behavior has a sequel
Than consider the prequel
Because the consequence is lethal
These are real people
And these are real choices
Drowned out voices
Of the inner conscious
Without any pauses
Unknown causes
Does it even matter what the current rule of law is?
Your morals should guide you
Fittest survival?
Ignorance arrival
Notorious divider
Nation war starter
The mind gets harder
No one is the winner
The hungry get thinner
The affluent; grimmer
Lost in the winter
The preacher in the center?
Misguided mentor
Possessed by the self-loathing hate you create
Mimicking the same grimacing that is menacing
In the dark corner is the intellect measuring
In between phases of shameful self-pleasuring
The room is a circle like a wedding ring
The irony that eternal love no one is promising
If the alternative to nourishment is punishment
Where is the embellishment? Where is the benevolent?
Then the only rule of law is our only ruling flaw
The only standing tower is the only standing stall
Barring us the knowledge of the fall
Before the winter pauses us we can rule it all
And even through it all
We are still the deceitful
Our only knowledge is to keep it from the people
