Hidden deep
The box is nailed
Bright and glorious
Was his youth
But soon it shattered
Finding Truth
Ignorance and innocence
All go up in flames
Arguments and bruises
No more laughter breaks a day
A foster home with demons there
A year alone in pain
When returned it didn't stop
So goes on the play
Dads secrets
Broken through
For his love
What he would do
Abusive friends
So they drink
Does he hate me

Broken bones
Unconsiousness
All of drunken rage
Forgetting
Smile and hide the story
Everything is fine
Say a single word
And there he draws the line
Moved again to a small town
Sweet, a clean was said
But what he didn't know
More pain and drinking ahead
Again the drinking
Worse this time
Because in love hes happy
But to dad it's not fine
