Thousand Times

We feel as though we die a thousand times in one life except when we des its once, and its final, not a thousand times.
We realize that life isn't black and white, each person isn't excellent and isn't evil and yet we classify and order.
All a heiarchy of society, valueing those who live trapped by the blinding white fences and yet we envy those and gawk at them as if they were prancing in the zoo.
We give up on each dream, each speck of hope, monotonously settling into routine, an yet it isn't until something in us dies, its the saddness that makes us feel agin.
Its one of the thousand time, the times where it feels like a million splinters of metal are embeded in the heart, not only stabbing but weighing it down.
And we think this is it, this is when we die, but life is cruel and it keeps going, it truggs until we understand
Understand Why?
We feel the love finally, or did that come first?
Its the little girl holding her precious teddy bear, the love ones circled around when someone remarks that he dress is her favorite color. THe pink lays flat and the half smiles of those around her fall away to tears as her body is layed to res. Its then that love and loss collide, lingering for they are bothe the beginning and the conclusion.
Is that the circle of life?
Do we love only to lose?
Death the final love and the final loss
We fall a thousand times and die once.
