    -------------------------------------------

I seek a silver lining, wanting for the truth,
    My dreams and aspirations
    Are denied for no proof
The shame of my sorrow, consistent of my pride
    Forsaken His favor
    I turn to His guide

    Quiet Desperation
    I suffer I deny
    The promise of His healing
    Iím broken deep inside
    Jesus youíre my Savoir
    Welcome in my life
    Lead me and Iíll follow
    Your name be glorified

Persistence of my struggle, fight it to the end,
    Your gift is true salvation
    My will I do bend
For every task I take on, every life I touch
    Your victory is patterned
    God thank you so much

    Quiet Desperation
    I suffer and I deny
    The promise of His healing
    Iím broken deep inside
    Jesus youíre my Savoir
    Welcome in my life
    Lead me and Iíll follow
    Your name be glorified

Well said. I do so much love coming across poetry passionately in relationship with Christ. And this is a terrific example. I can tell from this that you have gotten some maturity and humility and as you said, peace.
    Thanks for Sharing.
