My comment is that laws don't cover unusual people - only ordinary folk! My niece was sailing in Tonga, a Pacific island group, with her family & yacht. Well, they stayed for a while at a village with a nice beach, and she was getting lots of wonderful attention from the village's teenage boys aged 16 to 18. Eventually her dad had to let them know that she was only 12, even though she was a huge girl, an early developer who looked over 16! Well, those boys didn't just back off, they vanished! They hid out completely, till the yacht sailed away.
So much for romance, even under the best conditions, is what I reckon about that. Who'd be an unusual person of their own free will, I wonder ...
