    We still have battles to fight,
    We must hold on till the end,

    Though evil surrounds us daily,
    Our friends do too,

    You aren't going down yet,
    We all have our set meetings,
    But yours isn't ready yet,

    We all need our heroes,
    Our helpmates,

      Very positive...i like it..the only part i got stuck on was the following verse:

    Cheer up world.
    You aren't going down yet,
    We all have our set meetings,
    But yours isn't ready yet,

    Perhaps you could leave out the words have our-we all set meetings....im not sure but perhaps its that one or two words..or the use of yet set yet lol...but overall a good write...

      You are right; we all need to cheer up! You watch the news it is nothing but depressing, it so sad to see the world in such a sad state. We all need to smile, laugh, and be happy again.
    You have a great view of optimism in this poem.
    I like that and you get your point across, a lot better than all them other dark depressing poems everyone likes to post. Good job!

      This is verra inspirational, your absolutely right.
    The world does need some cheering up. In todays world everyones complaining, whatever happened to that one thought of "there's someone else out there that has it worse than me."... Honestly, no one gives a damn about anyone, but themselves anymore. To me that's just down right sad. Well, you've surely got my idea's flowing for the day. I truely enjoyed reading this peice. Keep it up and get your word out cause it's one that needs to be heard.
