    dotsThe new medots
    -------------------------------------------

    Across the ocean blue,
The sun setting and saying adieu.
I sit on the ocean sand,
    Thinking of my dreamland.
I wish to never come back to reality,
The life where everything is Chancy.
    Though I know I must,
    It's hard to adjust,
    to my new life,
that feels like a slight fight.
No more is the old me,
    This is the new me,
that is free from the struggle and
    strife from the old life.
    I'm on my own now,
That allows me to do anything.
    I set sail,
    to the destination,
that is as straight as a trail.
Good bye to the old me,
    hello do the newme,
that's as free as the stars
    in the night sky.

I like this it has a feeling of a slight sadness to say goodbye but a also a feeling that you are ready to embrace the new..it can be scary, sad and exciting to face new begginings and this captures that well...i dont think it needed to ryhme but it doesnt take anything away from it...stormy

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
