Too many questions. Too few answers.

    Are you awake?,
    I asked her.
    Are you going to stay?
    I知 leaving this town tonight,
    gotta leave this place.
    Will you come with me?

                   But where will we go?

    I知 not sure yet sweetie,
but I promise to let you know.

                   And if I don稚?

    Then I値l take this picture,
    and leave my heart here.
    Pack up these memories,
    we致e shared over the years.
    It kills me inside,
    to leave you behind,
    but I gotta go honey,
    gotta start a new life.

So I知 supposed to just leave?
                   Abandon my family and friends,
                   to go off with you,
                   with nothing more than,
                   two Greyhound tickets in hand?

    It sounds so much worse,
when you say it like that,
    but you can stay here,
    I swear I値l come back.

                   Who said I was waiting?

I guess I never thought about it like that.

Yes, well! I like this! The itching feet of youth, what it can cost or reward! Well portrayed! Ted.
