At 5AM my cluttered life for sale,
On the lawn
There I sit, in new chairs, alone
Under the stars
Crickets chirp, squirrels scurry,cool breezes
And the moon shines
Time slips by quietly on the slow, new rising sun
The paper floats to the grass
Soon cars, people, their money and noise
The sun is high
The clutter, leaves money behind and me alone
On the lawn
