I'm sorry that you had to endure what no child should, and that the one who should have protected you from all that did not.
Every child should feel loved special one of a kind protected and believed in by their parents, that's a parents job it's in the secret manual we all get before we get to get the kid,.
Some just don't understand that it's fundamental to follow through on these things , for that child to be emotionally mentally and sometimes physically healthy in return.
You were stripped of too much of those fundamentals and you pay for it now as an adult, but you are starting to find your way through the pain and the fog, and I believe in you and believe you can do it,'
