The confusion in my head overwhelmed my body and sent me drifting into unknown territory. I kept seeing foggy images, and an icy blue dragon flying past along with many more of these lizards, different shapes and colors; one moment and they're gone. They all past me in different areas of the now blackened night sky.. I blanked then, and the haze around me was now filled with real images of her... That, that lizard...The blue coat of her scales, and the sharp and zig zag teeth that surrounded her mouth of sweet, lucious breath that smelled of the cold, but yet sweet like the flowers that bloom during summer. She huffed a few times, and then...
The time elapsed, and in what seemed like forever was only a few minnutes of what seemed like sleep but was only a day dream. I woke quietly, slowly raising my head from where it layed on my desk; I spotted the teacher where she always was, looking like she always did....Annoying. I knawed on my pencil boredly. Glancing around I could see a few class mates passing notes, and another one looked dead with his head propped on its side lieing on the desk. I tittered at that, and then turned my head to notice Brian, a total nerd, with his other nerd friend, Rick. Then I felt like vommiting when I noticed Brandon picking his nose. A group of girls in the front sat quietly, but ran there hands through there hair as if their hair was going to fall out if they did not stop. I rarley kept notes, i usually didn't even notice what was going on in the class.
But today I felt as if I was fully aware of my surroundings, and for once I relized how different my class was...I shiverd nervously as a couple boys looked back at me, and my face grew red. I was not a junior in highschool, and a cutie in the guys eyes...I guess.
The bell then rang, and I gathered my books quickly, pulling down my shirt over my belt loops, and gathering my long, blue, smooth hair like I was putting it in a pony tail only to fling it around my shoulder. I briskly walked out of the class room, it was my least favorite class...Algabra...I sucked. Then I seemed to ram into the side of the door. Another bruse, great.
But before I knew it, Tasume had grabbed me before I ran into the other side of the door. I stayed in his arms, my face red hot. With out knowing it my hands had unlocked and dropped everything onto the floor including my dragon drawings. Everyone stood amazed, and then gathered around me to glance at all my pictures. Tasume let go of me quickly, and walked away from me. I watched him go. He was so cute...And he touched me! I never wanted to wash this shirt. Unfortunatly it was my favorite shirt.
I was about to pick them up, before my best friend Nikani picked them up for me. I smiled.
"I hate it when I feel off like that too, it’s no problem. I’m use to you doing that anyways, Kyrani." I studdered for a moment, and for once in a long while I felt sympathy for Nikani for she had to put up with me. I wrinkled up my nose and simultaniously stuck out my tongue out at her in a childish gesture.
Waving my hand to the onlookers, a faint reddness entered my pale cheeks as I glanced the way Tasume had so suddenly exited. With amazment, he was leaning against a locker starign straight at me. What was with him? Smiling a cheerful smile towards, almost playful, he grimaced, but for some reason winked at me, and rounded the corner. Taking in a huge breath as the last of him vanished, Nika's voice alarmed me, and brought me back to where I was.
"You know, that dude is really starting to creep me out. He like is everywhere you are." Shaking her head, and emphazing her everywhere, she smiled and lifted her amber eyes to mine. Letting her light brown, and completley to-die-for, straight, slick, smooth, beautiful hair...I trailed off in my mind. Geez, I gotta stop watching Jelousy girls; Kinali was really rubbing off on me. Kinali was the main character in the show, and I loved it. But she was always getting jelous of her friends, yet she was really the prettiest one there. Everyone in real life would love to have her slim, model-ish body. I don't care how much boys kept saying my body was so hot, and my black, clingy shirt was so much hotter that they would die if they could have me; I just laughed at them. I was shy, but when they got on my nerves, you know guys, they always knew how to give me compliments that I liked; even though I said I laughed at them doesn't mean I didn't like them.
Sighing, Nika scammpered down the hall...well not scampered, just...hopped. I had known Nika since I was just about in 1st grade, and she had been my best friend since. Being in 10th grade now, I took 10 years as a long time! Come on! I thought to myself shaking my head slightly, which made my hair frizz, and mess up from sliding across the green medal from the lockers. Having a friend for two years is hard enough to keep. I squeezed my eyes shut after Nika had vanished into Spanish, and leaned onto someones locker.
Suddenly I flew across the hall, and hit the lockers; then I crashed landed on the tile floor the color of autumn. Ick. But with not much time to think, I looked up, and the first thing I noticed was the locker...It was carved on, a skull surround by cross bones, and symbols of the devil. Her name was then incripted underneath that. My eyes seemed to want to pop out of the socket of my skull. No way! It was Linuichi Kinake. The one person in the whole school you did not want to mess with.
"How dare you lean on my locker," she grummbled a few unintellagable words before going on, "you touched my locker, you leaned on my locker, and you looked at my locker." Grimacing, but ending the cruel, harsh tone of voice with a smirk, she brushed herself off.
Linuichi Kinake was skinny, but had muscles like you could never beleive. They were incredible! And she could see you from almost a mile away; or so people said. To me at this point she looked like a humugous bull preparing for a race to the finish line, or to kill someone, but with a brown, sleek, and shining pelt over it's back, and two horns moving up in a spiral position to meet at a sparkle, pin point; she obviously looked the best of the other bulls.
My things had scattered around the floor, and many of my classmates began to huddle around us. Some picking up my things, and others gawking at my pictures...again. But she stepped on one of mine, the very one I had drawn of the blue dragon that seemed to engulf my dreams, and claim them as her's. Rotating her foot she lacerated my picture. Filling the picture with cuts, and for soem reason I felt as if she was actually slicing through a part of me. A peircing pain caught my heart, my mind, and my soul as she shrouded it with bruises and wounds as I thought of it.
Stummbling up, and grabbing my things from everyone else, I kicked her in the shin, picked up my wounded picture, and stomped out as she rolled down in the fetal position holding where I had kicked her. There was nothing the teachers could do about it, they could only watch because teachers didn't like getting involved with Miss Linuichi. They were screwed too; well so long as they stayed away they wouldn't be. She had a way with twisting her words, and everyone knew it...except the principle. In which who everyone dispised.
I couldn't help but to smile in pure pride while I walked down the hall; I had finally given Linuichi what she deserved; a good kick in the...shin..
But now my mind raced, as all of that passed my mind, and I was half asleep as my head pressed lightly onto the desk I was suppose to be doing my homework on: Tasume, Linuichi, Nukimi...Shin kicking, drawing spill, dream, dragons...Tasume...
When I finally opened my eyes the class peiod was almost over, and thanks for my book my head was almost covered completly. Drowsily, I wiped around my eye hoping my masara and eyeliner would not smear. From there I simultaneously lowered my book while I let out a sfot sign of releif that the teacher did not even swipe a small glance with her evil green eyes...well not evill...but glance at me. I writhed in my seat as my head was propped on my hand as my elbow was propped on the desk
With a final manacing glance at me, the teacher, Miss Yoi, halted in her speech as everyone scurried out of the room when the bell began it's annoying ring that seemed to echoe around the now empty, hollow, classroom. Leaving me alone with the creep.
With my blood running hot to my cheeks, I quickened my pace, rounded a few desks, and then exited through the door. I thought about how Miss Yoi could stand looking like such a wierdo... I hope she doesn't stalk the students... A shiver ran through my body at that thought, and my eyes popped open as I halted. Finally the day was over, and I could return home, or so I thought.Out in front of me was my father huffing, and marching toward me. A look of anger and discust multiplied by one-hundred was smeared over his body, including his bloodlust eyes. Shaking his head, and curling his fingers inward I would have sworn it was a murderer coming to get me. But a shock of relief swept through me as suddenly I look away for only a moment to see my mother a bit closer then my father, biting her bottom lip as always, and cloaked in a like mocha tan. Her head wipped sideways just as my father's did also, and they glared at eachother still marching toward me.
My Mother's blond hair swept back, some sweeping down to her waist, and other strangles finding their way in front of her shoulders. Her light, almost white hair was straight, and to-die-for, no joke! She had a light blue shirt on that clung to her also to-die-for body, and it had a huge place for her breasts which were fully filled. She had dark blue, almost black pants that could pass as skinny jeans if they didn't spread out at the end, and high heel shoes that were white as a cloud, and wrapped up her leg...Yea, ofcourse under her pants! I know things. She wears those when she wear's this skirt at christmas every year. Her feet never grow She's had those for, I don't know, 5 years!
