 Phobia Of Fairytales

The ghostly shadows resemble me
Low in dusk, voice dull with husk,
with blood shot eyes, within
them, deadness falls upon.
Yet, in the shadows I shalt
not hide.
For I am not weak, and I
shall not die.
My heart is the haunting
ghost of the past.
It murders mortal with sorrowful howls.
In the dead of night, fall upon your knees
And watch the darkness burn bright
For I shall always put up
a fight.
My being is fully ghostful woe,
for there is no other place to go.
Yet I be no fallen angel upon
this earth.
And I know too well that this
dance shall always end.
I want to know you in the sun,
to see you smile in light.
I want to see your anger
fall from the looming cliffs,
dead from the fearful heights. |
