    Granted I miss you,
    I long for your presences,

To have you near is my ultimate wish,
yet having you far is keeping me sane!

I am stuck within a struggle
    I am battling myself

    What is right?
    What I need?
    What I deserve?

    I love you,
    yet I hate you.

Mother why have you made this so difficult?
Why do you have me beating myself up?

Some things we just have to put in a "glass cage" and move on from. Life's not fair; if we're not dealt a good hand, fold and don't loose money on it. Some things get better when we distance ourselves from it.

Pardon me for some philosophical and metaphorical references on what I know is a painful and very emotional thing. To be loved and cared for unconditionally by our parents is at the core of every one's well being. And to not get it is tragic. Surviving it will make you stronger, but the hurt will always be there.

But, you're pretty and strong, and there's nothing in the world that you can't do if you put your mind to it.

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
