Before you continue on with this book there are some things you should know about if you have any hope of understanding anything after this. I have correct information over everything. Let’s start with the biggest thing that this book is about.
The Game: This is the code name my friends and I gave to the “magical” world in which humans can not see, unless someone tells them, in person, about “The Game”. So no, you reading this does not make you apart of it.
Humans: There are four types of humans. The first kind is the Gypsies. Gypsies posses what is known as mind magic. They are also known as psychics and clairvoyants. The second kind are those with not just their soul, but one or more of another creature’s soul. The third form of human is seemingly ordinary until they are brought into the game. The game seems to unlock their powers. Nor often then not, they are elementist. The fourth and final for of a human is well….just human.
Elementist: Humans that are able to control one or more elements. These elements are Earth, Fire, Ice, Light, Dark, Wind, Water, and Forest.
Vampires: Vampires are the most misunderstood creatures. They are in fact more human then they are demon. The only way to be turned into a vampire is not only to be bitten, but you must also drink the blood of the one that changed them. If you don’t drink the blood then they will continue living like nothing happened. The most sensitive part of a vampire is their eyes, which is the biggest reason why they can’t go into the sun. A simple pair of sun glasses solves everything for at least an hour. After an hour their skin begins to burn. Depending on their strength, they can shape shift into one animal. Ancients can usually change into two. The other forms of vampires, Incubus and Romansian, are not mentioned in the game. They are dishonorable, hated creatures. All vampires must be invited into a house verbally. Garlic does not effect them, stupid humans.
Werewolves/Lycans: They are not to be confused with wolf demons. Lycans, also known as children of the moon, is a human that has been bit by another lycan. They are not able to control their transforming for three full moons. After that, they are only forced to change on full moons.
Demon: Creatures from “hell”. Information varies.
Angels: Creatures of “heaven”. There are many types of angels from guardian angels to fallen angels.
Guardian Angels: Angels that are used to protect humans. Each guardian is assigned only one human to protect.
Fallen Angel: An angel whose wings are clipped.
Natural Born Angel: An angel born of two human. For millions of years they were completely extinct. But now there is only one.
Dimensions: There are 10 dimensions on Earth alone. There are 3 forbidden, one of which is “destroyed”. Earth takes up 6 dimensions: Heaven; Hell; Limbo; Purgatory; Human, and Astrol. The last one is the seventh dimension, Grimelda. This is where most earthly magic creatures take their power.
Grimelda translates into Elder of Death in English.
Elders: Self appointed “leaders” They believe they are law, and will take action against anyone who defies them. |
