If God is truly Whom you seek,
Be mindful of the words you speak.
Be thoughtful in the things you do;
Each sower reaps a harvest, too.
God notices each time we try
to water when the ground looks dry.
What harm is done to plant a seed,
when there are hungry mouths to feed?
And though the cross bore all our sin,
through Christ's travail and ravaged skin,
it's Jesus others will think of
when we reflect Him through our love.
There is no greater love they say,
in sacrifice to save the day;
for love, in love the gift was laid,
in grace, that cannot be re-paid.
