    dotsOLD TIMES ARE NEW TIMESdots
    -------------------------------------------

    Old times are new times
what once was new time, are old time
like a hour glass turning up side down
testing my insanity and my inner strength

    Late nights
    restless sleep
how I wish I could think

theses emotions are to be compared to hurricane katrina
    no where to hide
    anger is the wind
as the depression is water flooding my eyes
lighting stike the paper ,as i let my mind free
    but its not safe
some one save me and take away all the pain

torn between two soul as it seem
dancing in the ashes of my old life
opening arms to a new light

    a old smile
    a old touch
once said to be a angel kiss
has me still standing on my two own feet

    but before i stand,
    on my kness
    praying if i dont awake
i pomise to you my heart to keep

    i let these words
    leave my mouth
    without hesitation
    and no regrets

How much more could i take
    even the strong fall
    there only so much
    a man can do

my thoughts are as deep and secretive
    as 9/11
as my eyes are open telling nothing but truth of these twisted feeling
but as i speak the words come out a lie

I am simply mesmerized by this piece. I loved your tie-ins to current events, and how they correlated to the experiences you presented. A strong piece. Keep up the good work; come by and comment my work sometime.
