    Away from the herd I stand
    Before the masses I walk
    The black sheep that I know I am
    Shows its colors everywhere I go

    I turn my head at the worlds norm
    and look into the night sky
    standing out from the shadows
    I look ahead

    My shining star has never been there
    My leader gone into the mist
    My mind lost in itself
    My heart broken in two

    Lost is the black sheep
    for whom there is no guiding light
    I walk down my own path
    and forge my own destiny
