    -------------------------------------------

Oh the trees looked pretty today.
    Dying so beautifully,
    screaming away...
    But only I,
    seemed to hear them.
    Waving in the wind.
    Falling to a silent death;
    so seductive,
    sweeter than sin.
    My eyes devour the sight:
    of their true colors right,
    before they die.
    I can hear them cry...
    Right in, plain sight.
    Do you hear it?
    The screams of the trees,
    but I can only stare,
    and watch as they fall.
    Floating down to kiss,
the cold ,and hard, wet ground,
    that I walk on.
    But I just,
    walk on, and stomp on,
    and out whatever life-
    might be left.
    Take a knife-
    cut the rest,
of the screams so only trees:
    stand naked in the sky.
Oh how things are most beautiful:
    right, before they die.

i decided to take a look @ what u had going on after ur comment on ''concrete''(i'm not on this site too often,anymore...)and i really was pleasantly surprised @ ur work in ''fallen''i'll admit i have my own obsession w/ death, whatever kind this may be,i found it quite intresting and well versed...''so seductive'' and the last line,''how things are most beautiful...'',well,maybe not ALL things, but your verse definately was...good [censored]!
