    dotsCry a Riverdots
    -------------------------------------------

    She cries a river
    When he slips away

    The rain just washes
    What could have been

    These feelings are stone
    From rusted old bars

    They plead with her
    Throw away that disquise

    As stubborn as she be
    Wrinkles up her nose

    Walks around still
    In such denial

    She cries a river
    From a wounded heart

    He's the reason
    She's drowning willingly

I'd lose the "wounded heart" reference, as it's overdone and used a lot in poetry so that makes it kind of blah, but the rest was nice. I like those 2-line stanzas, it pops against your eyes.
