    Ignore it
    Ignore it
    Maybe it will go away

    Too big
    Too big

    So small
    So small
    We are

Lets all of us just fiddle and meddle
    With this
    Lets all just pay attention
To the cosmology of little things
    The intricate little details
    And tiny nuts and bolts
    Lets all simply count seconds
    Instead of stars

We’ll discover the internal workings of every living cell
Even the empty space inside atoms
And how plants use photons to split them
We’ll marvel at the complexities of chemical communication
    R.N.A; D.N.A and Endoplasmicreticulum
And we’ll turn an electric light bulb; on, off, on, off, on, off, on, ( tee hee ), off

Better to take this marvellous symbiosis of cells
This living machine and all its astounding mechanisms
    Of blood and bone
    Thought and awareness
    And say
    It really has no purpose
Other than an evolutionary scurry across the face of the Earth
Yes lets marvel at the grandeur we can create
    And bury ourselves in seconds
    And not the stars

Yes lets get connected to the world
Through antenna, cable, satellite, internet and telephone
So we can connect and talk to each other thousands of miles away
Send all the signals through radar, radio and television
Lets give us all one big vision !
    Of connection !
    And simply count seconds
    Instead of stars

Ah yes ! Lets invent religion
Throw in some quirks of occult mysticism
So we can explain all those unexplainable pangs of conscience
And that curious desire to reach the heavens
Lets say that heaven is a different place
A place so wonderful and much better than this
And God looks down on us all with a benign but vengeful face

And while we’ve been busy hiding from the truth
The truth in us has rediscover itself
Oh look ! we are all connected after all
And our whole life system is part of a connection
To the intricate and infinite energy fields
    Which are in fact

And our connection is what we have managed to prove
While we’ve been busy being not connected at all
    And look at that !
It seems from this oneness we are in fact inseparable
    What a surprise !

But it was always there right before our very own eyes
But all we did was run and hide
    Well now ‘aint that something
It’s amazing what you can learn
    When you’re busy counting seconds
    Instead of stars

    Oh My God
    Really Is Everything

( Someday mankind will look back on the History of this Age and marvel at what was achieved and how we survived. Perhaps they will see our greatest sacrifice and our greatest triumph. To be so immured, overcome and self deceived by the material and physical realm, as to literally forget the existence of creation; and yet, still to have achieved so much, even though through the uttermost depths of loss, hardship, horror, pain and sorrow. Someday mankind will look back and feel nothing but gratitude for those who lived through this age, gratitude for the lessons we learnt, and grateful that this age, finally came to an end ).
