For those who are familiar with my earlier love poetry that was influenced by my newlywed-ness. Here is one almost 5 years later.

Make the font bigger!! Double Spacing Back to recent posts.

Our passions grow as the intensity is nurtured,
Closeness eases inhibitions, our privacy is coveted.

As two weíre one, as one weíre permanent,
    Subliminal understanding is our armament.

Gone is the anxiety of performance and refraction,
Interposed by emotions of pleasure and benefaction.

A conjugated life by the rewards of betrothal,
Engenders our pleasure as an intimate novel.

Knowing what you need and exactly when to deliver,
To leave you breathless and make your heart shiver.

Is it more perfect a song than the Masterís creation?
For it paints my love and unbinds my adulation.

Those who donít know and those who may scorn,
Cast mightily their wrath but are left forlorn.

As we the benefactors of Godís perfect plan,
Harvest the pleasure of woman and man.

CONGRATULATIONS on the newlywed-nessity staying in the marriage. That's really hard to do, but this is such a beautiful tribute, your wife must be so happy to have something written for her that is this lovely.
