Ever felt like you could bare to problem of the whole world on your shoulders? But when it comes to you, could you save yourself? I don't want to try to save the world no more... I just wish that, for one moment, someone would come to save me...

    dotsWho will save the superman?dots

Should I save the world again?
    People don't even care anymore
Was all I did in vain?
Or should I save it once more?

I've been the savior of man
    Cared for the hopeless
When all was going down the drain
    I passed all the tests.

    Who will save me now?
As I drink down another bottle
Will the world save itself now?
I'm sick of fighting losing battles.

    May the world rise again
    In hope to save itself.
Were my effort all in vain?
    I can't even save myself...

    Tomorrow will be another day
    But I won't be there...
I won't spread my wings today.
I don't even want to care.

Who will be there when I'll die?
Who will fly to save me?
I'm just want to be a regular guy.
Slowly falling in those crazy red sheets.

Reminds me of Superman 3 when he's in the bar getting drunk... :)

this made me feel the hoplessness the world could sink into.

I always believe poetry should rhyme, so work on your rhyming in this piece to create a better impact.

Though this isn't an original theme, the piece was and I enjoyed the read and hence took the time to comment x
