    -------------------------------------------

Listen…the sizzle of the rain drenching our cheeks,
    dropping down our chests
and onto our toes- the m*a of millions of these drops
feels like nothing compared to the nRT/V of your fingertips

I can hear the squish-squash of your shoes,
replaced here and there by the abs. silence
    of intended accidental contact-

We’re walking with zero acceleration- blatantly blind to
the split-splatter and scurrying feet around us-
    walking in waves,
    awaiting destructive interference

You look up and grin with half closed eyes,
and I can already guess the sin+cosine joke
behind your now slightly parted lips-

I can guess the velocity of your next step,
and the angle your head will drop
and the height your arms will raise,
and the stiffness your body will assume
    (that’s all simple physics)

The rain is falling with an average acceleration of 9.81 m/s^2,
    you’re walking at a velocity of -5 m/s,
and my heart is now beating at 130 beats per minute-
    destructive interference again

And it’s all simple physics: the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics,
as we both feel Q increase,
    proportional to our W.

I love this... i like how u take all these complicated feelings and actions and break them down... its all simple physics... dag i mean this is on the top of my list most definitely. and if you do this instead of your physics homework, try doing this instead of ur global or social studies homework! i challenge you....
