I want your heart
& I wanna break it.
I wanna make it burn,
Make you have to earn
Every breath you take.
Make you fear my grip,
But like a drug,
Be addicted to it.
I wanna make you reach inside,
& feel the Ice on your heart.
Make you feel your own blood,
Mixed with mine.
Make you feel every inch of hurt
Every inch of pain, & know-
It's only a matter of time.

To me it seems like you have a love hate relationship. The reason I say that is because you said you want the person to be addicted to your grip and the way I precieve it is the only way you want someone to be addicted to you is if you love them. Now as for the hate part it seems that you have had your heart broken time and time again by whoever you're involved with and now you feel a sense of revenge and want to make sure that this person feels all the things you did when your heart was broken... Or i could be wrong... But overall the flow and the structure of your poem was though simple a direct message to let people know how cold a person can be if they're emotions are toyed with

Excellent Write and keep it up

Wow, in a bad mood are you? Here's hoping that is not directed at anybody I know. At times it was kind of like making someone experience pain and yet derrive some sort of satisfaction from it.
"Make you fear my grip,
But like a drug,
Be addicted to it."
It's like you want to hurt them and you want them to want you to hurt them. As if the pain some how gives value to their life. It's like they hurt you and now you want to lord over their lives and cause them misery. Hell hath no fury indeed. I enjoyed the read though.
