Yesterday was a pretty good day.
The day after tomorrow I will say the same.
For today brings me joy, whether it rains or pours.

I had a Letter from Dad, a recollection of the good times we had.
Feelings emulate on paper while his bodily functions start to taper.
But just the thought of you in my corner eases that blow.

My sweet love, some things are never told enough.
Please know that every second of the day Im thanking you and thinking of you.
Love surrounds me like a force field while kinshipped pain resides.

Preparation of tears but manhood holds them back.
A feeling of hollowness come and goes throughout the day.
The questions of what if exudes from our mind.

Emotional turmoil mixed with tranquil bliss.
It combusts to show a true appreciation for what we have and how precious life is.
Im so fortunate to be able to savor the moments with my father.

Really nice work. The feelings behind this verse are so true and immaculate. The relationship between parents and children is the most stable relationship. It is the foundation of life. It is the most cherished gift imparted to us by the Almighty. Keep writing.

I can totally feel for you man, I have had those kind of heart gripping letters. I though it was a very good piece of work, a little unsteady, but really good.

    keep writing :)

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
