    -------------------------------------------

    With every new year
    We get a new friend
    With New stories to send
    Some things come together
    While others fall apart
Always having a friend for now and forever
    Some things need repair
Donít want a relationship like a broken chair
    I miss having you near
A good friend to talk to
Just wanted to say I'm thinking of you
Hope to talk to you before the next full moon

It has some potential, but it doesn't do much for me.

How about something more like this:

    With every new year
    We get a new friend
    Some things come together
    With New stories to send

    We remain
    While others fall apart
    Friends Forever
To the end from the Start

    But here you know
    Some things need repair
    this tormented relation
    split by splitting hairs

    I miss having you near
    A good friend come soon
    I'm thinking of you
    Beneath this night's full moon

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
