    dotsPerdition's Palmdots

It became a day of tears
Wept in the brightest hearts of beauty

The silent population; awoke from their sleep

    Anaesthetised in perdition's palm
Every man the enemy of every mans’ son
    Of every woman’s anguish born
    To daughters of the battlefields

The blood of these the lie had spilled

The slaughter of innocence to luxury
    The opulence of its property

    A day of tears
Wept in deepest recognition of beauty

    When the silent people; waken

    Written, the sorrow
In a burning choke of the centuries children
With no cause to become or awake in conscious
    Have served their misbegotten heroism

    And for all their love
Merely to rest, blinded and lead
To find comfort in perdition's palm

    A day of grief
For having lived within the clutch of fear
    A day of tears
    When love will plead
    And retributions need to wreak
    Upon the revenge of centuries

Every man the enemy of every mans’ son
    Of every woman’s anguish born
    To daughters of the battlefields

Every death to the flags and patriotism's of slavery
    Every birth to the lie
The blood of these the liars have spilled

The slaughter of innocence to luxury
    The opulence of its property
    Burning in perdition's palm
